Company located in Largo, FL is hiring for a Pre-Payment Coordinator Collections Clerk.
Must have business to business collections experience. 2000 customer portfolio. AS400 experience a plus. Will work in the office, not remote.
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
Position Overview:
Responsible for initiating calls to commercial customers to effectively collect payments and build strong business relationships.
Essential Job Functions
- Collections
- Contract negotiation
- Account Reconciliation
- Credit Card Processing
- Dispute Resolution
Requirements
- At least three years of Business to business collections.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong math and writing skills.
- AS400 a plus.
- Detail oriented and self-starter.
